Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and data driven Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in financial reporting, data analytics, or in operations. This role requires a strong understanding of excel principles, excellent analytical skills, and a strong financial acumen. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in corporate finance, business strategy, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Help manage business operations and payment reconciliation
· Provide portfolio updates and reporting
· Handle accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing
· Prepare compliance reports as required
· Handle member billing and collections
· Conduct various financial analyses to support decision-making
· Assist in the preparation of forecasts
· Draft presentations and prepare needed data analysis for operations team
· Manage workload/backlog to ensure reasonable turnaround times and response times
· Perform other ad hoc duties, as needed
Salary:
· $60,000 - $75,000 per year

Requirements:Qualifications:
· College degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting preferred
· 1-2 years of work experience
· Proficiency with Excel and Power BI preferred
· Comfortable managing multiple deliverables at once
· Demonstrated strong analytical and accounting skills
· Able to multi-task under time pressure
· Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on challenges
· Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
· Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
