We are pleased to announce the relocation of our corporate headquarters to Greenway Plaza’s Phoenix Tower in Houston’s Upper Kirby neighborhood.

The MLS Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining the MLS databases, ensuring accurate and timely property listings, while providing support to the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams. Reporting and other administrative support responsibilities are also required. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and a general understanding of real estate operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Input, update, and maintain property listings in the MLS systems with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor listings for compliance with MLS Rules and Regulations
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies, to include photo and mapping details.
  • Perform market research for listings.
  • Answer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to property listings, photos, and system usage.
  • Ensure all listings adhere to local, state, and MLS guidelines.
  • Generate and distribute various MLS related reports.
  • Generate Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports as needed.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Administrative, and management teams to align MLS activities with company goals.
  • Participate in meetings to share updates and insights regarding MLS operations.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2 Year associate’s degree
  • Desire at least 1 year of relevant MLS listing experience, Real Estate experience considered a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with Perry Homes Sales Professionals, Division Presidents, Regional/Divisional Marketing Managers, and Realtors both verbally and in writing.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail a must.
  • Typing skills (40-50 wpm).
  • Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
