Job Description
We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to our technology transformation initiatives. Our Business Analyst will be a key player in implementing and managing advanced technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity in our contracting services. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary systems support across various business functions
• Contribute to technology transformation initiatives to optimize operational efficiency
• Manage the implementation of advanced technology solutions
• Support in the administration of claims, ensuring compliance with business processes
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement in business processes
• Develop and manage Business Requirement Documents
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Business Analyst
Proficient in Google Drive including Docs, Sheets, Chat, and Meet.
Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, especially spreadsheets, database, and reporting tools.
Ability to navigate Box as the primary cloud storage platform.
Familiarity with Salesforce and eCommerce platforms.
In-depth knowledge of low-code platforms, ERP systems, and other relevant business technologies.
