Purpose:

The Financial Analyst, under the guidance of the Director of Finance, is pivotal in conducting comprehensive financial and operational analyses. This role involves preparing detailed reports on operational, marketing, promotional, and labor metrics, as well as assisting the executive team in strategic decision-making through precise financial forecasting and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to compile, analyze, and present comprehensive reports.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and annual financial and cash flow analysis reports, presenting findings to executive leadership.
• Conduct profitability assessments of marketing promotions and events through post-forma analysis.
• Analyze player reinvestments, including complimentary services and free play offers.
• Review labor statistics in relation to business trends and levels.
• Formulate annual Operating and Capital Expenditure (Capex) budgets with input from department managers and Human Resources.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years' experience in a financial analyst role within the casino/hospitality sector.
• Five years' experience in accounting roles.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience working with Casino Management Systems (CMS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Background in Indian Gaming is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present detailed analysis reports.
• Capacity to work effectively with department leaders and provide constructive guidance.
