Job Description

We are looking for an Integration Analyst who is excited about helping business units solve business problems through automated systems. You will work cross-functionally (e.g., with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Sales) to identify gaps and provide technical expertise in scaling systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner. You will also help ensure proper role-based access and security controls are in place and that application licenses are being efficiently utilized.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams to provide technical expertise in the selection of new systems that align with Spindrift’s overall systems architecture strategy.
  • Build and maintain system integrations with suppliers & partners to automate and scale business systems.
  • Learn how business systems currently function and how they are used within Spindrift. Use this knowledge to identify technical and functional gaps and integration areas for improvement and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements, including data mapping, workflows, and APIs.
  • Design and develop various integrations, following industry best practices and standards.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Perform integration testing and troubleshoot issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Routinely monitor existing applications for integration gaps and proactively resolve issues once identified.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies, tools, and methodologies related to integration development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with B2B processing, including EDI and application integration, development of logical mapping specifications and the creation of physical data maps in multiple enterprise EDI platform formats (EDI, Flat File, XML, and JSON) including, but not limited to: Gentran Server, Sterling Integrator, TLE, Web Methods, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience with iPaaS, especially EDI enabled iPaaS such as Cleo, Celigo, FiveTran, MuleSoft, Oracle SOA, or IBM Integration Bus.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a NetSuite ERP or similar SaaS ERP environment.
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies, including EDI, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and API design.
  • Knowledge of database systems, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem solving & technical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical end-users.
  • Experience supporting multiple simultaneous small to medium-sized projects from requirements gathering to go-live, working under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to concurrently manage multiple projects.
  • Able to work in a fast, high-growth startup environment and comfortable operating within the ambiguity that comes with that type of work setting.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to work in an open floor plan office in Newton, MA four days a week.

In addition to the salary range for this position ($100,000 - $120,000), Spindrift offers the following compensation and benefits:
