We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join a manufacturing client and play a pivotal role in optimizing Sales & Distribution processes. This role requires a professional with a solid background in SAP Sales Distribution (SD) and various sales tools, who can bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and business needs. As a Systems Analyst, you will work closely with international teams to enhance SAP HANA S4 Sales & Distribution functionality, including integration with Finance and Supply Chain Management modules.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support, configure, and optimize the SAP S4/HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) module, focusing on order-to-cash processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical and functional support to align SAP SD functionalities with business needs.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in SAP SD, leveraging user-exits, debugging, and SAP customization where necessary.
  • Assist in the development and deployment of solutions that integrate with SAP Finance and Supply Chain Management.
  • Serve as a point of contact for technical inquiries, offering insights into SAP user-exits and customization concepts.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, effectively translating complex technical concepts.
  • Contribute to international, cross-functional projects, collaborating with teams from diverse backgrounds.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of solutions for manufacturing processes, with an emphasis on SAP WM and TM integration where applicable.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with SAP Sales Distribution (SD) and related sales tools.
  • Proficiency with the SAP HANA Sales & Distribution module, including a thorough understanding of customization, integration points with S4 HANA Finance, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Basic knowledge of programming methods, SAP user-exits, and debugging (or ability to learn).
  • SAP Certification in SAP SD or S4HANA Order to Cash is a plus.
