Easy Dynamics is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in business process analysis, roadmap development, requirement gathering, and risk management. The analyst will work with clients to formulate and evaluate technical solutions, elicit and map technical requirements, to-be business processes, and project and program governance. We are seeking professionals capable of leading client interactions, advising business leaders on program improvements, and working within a team of subject matter experts to implement a portfolio of projects and initiatives. Responsibilities:
  • Work within a cross-functional team to provide subject matter expertise on areas including but not limited to business process analysis, roadmap development, requirement gathering, and risk management.
  • Manage parallel initiatives and provide project insights through use of roadmaps, business cases, schedules, metrics, work breakdown structures, and risk tracking. 
  • Work with diverse stakeholders to elicit goals and requirements and translate into high-quality deliverables including analysis of alternatives, use cases, user journeys, and process flows.
  • Develop and present client briefings on technology, market trends, and recommendations.
  • Work cross-functionally across client business units, program and product management and Agile teams.
  • Lead and facilitate client-facing and internal team meetings to produce meaningful results, preparing agendas and tracking action items.
  • Perform risk management activities, including mitigation strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and third parties to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain interest in business and technical trends and apply them appropriately within client environments.
  • Contribute to white papers and other thought leadership initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to perform stakeholder analysis for complex programs with large audiences.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working as a business analyst for federal or business clients working on program, process, and IT improvements.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and documentation, especially for ICAM systems, and elicit and document comprehensive requirements for developing an ICAM solution architecture. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of business process analysis, requirement gathering, functional requirements documentation, roadmap development, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated experience developing briefings and presentations for internal and external clients.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently, especially at project startup defining goals and metrics, and working with diverse stakeholders to enhance program value.
  • Experience with the full Microsoft Office suite and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to obtain public trust or higher clearance level.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience working on Cybersecurity, Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM), and Zero Trust related programs
  • Familiarity with the NIST 800 series
Salary Range: $90,000 - $135,000
