What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as a product owner, driving projects and change requests to completion using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address challenges.
• Developing detailed documentation, screen mocks, and process flow diagrams.
• Ensuring timely communication with stakeholders and escalating issues when necessary.
• Prioritizing client enhancements and ensuring compliance with business standards.

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Proficient with Agile methodologies and comfortable with SDLC (Waterfall, Agile).
• Experienced in eliciting and documenting business and technical needs.
• Technically savvy with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Jeffersonville, IN, with minimal travel as needed.
