Hands on Training

Pizza Delivery: Safely transport orders from Pembroke Pizza to customers' locations in a timely and efficient manner.

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers upon delivery, ensuring exemplary service and addressing any immediate concerns.

Order Verification: Verify orders before leaving the restaurant to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Payment Handling: Collect payments when necessary and ensure accurate transactions.

Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure it operates smoothly and safely.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to coordinate order timing and accuracy.

Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Driving Experience: Experience as a delivery driver or in a related driving role is preferred.

Knowledge of the Area: Familiarity with Virginia Beach and surrounding areas to ensure efficient delivery routes.

Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet delivery deadlines.

Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers.

Physical Ability: Capability to lift and carry heavy items such as pizza boxes and other orders.

Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Reliable Transportation: Access to a reliable vehicle for timely deliveries.
