Pay starts at $18/hr.
1st, 2nd, and Weekend Shifts Available
We are seeking an Equipment Operators in Greer, SC to join our team. In this role, you will engage in various distribution tasks within a warehouse setting, emphasizing the safe and efficient handling of merchandise using specialized equipment to receive, sort, store, distribute, and manage product flow.
Shifts:
1st 7am-5pm M-Thursday
2nd 5pm-3am M-Thursday
Weekend Day 6am-6pm Friday-Sunday
Weekend Evening 5:30pm-4:30am Friday - Sunday
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
Qualified candidates will be self-motivated and dependable individuals who are 18+ years of age with the ability to successfully complete training and obtain certification in the assigned area (to include specific equipment certification). Additional requirements include:

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) as listed above (will certify on equipment)
- Performing daily checks on equipment prior to operating
- Following all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment, including hazard recognition, housekeeping, accident and near miss reporting, proper use of all safety equipment and procedures and adherence to all safety rules
- Reporting faulty equipment, damage to company property including racks, and other safety hazards to supervisor
- Accurately picking/packing orders using established work practices
- Restocking picking bins
- Accurately sorting, counting and receiving all merchandise
- Safely moving product to and from pallet racks with powered material handling equipment
- Safely working with conveyors to accurately build pallets of cartons for shipment
- Loading/unloading trucks
- Organizing warehouse storage space effectively
- Adhering to all safety, quality and production standards
- Using a scanner to direct work (pick, pack, receive, move)
- Using hands and fingers to handle, or feel; repeatedly reaching overhead with hands and arms to accomplish tasks; using hearing to listen for safety hazards and instructions
- Safely lifting and/or moving boxes, product or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Consistently lifting, bending, standing, walking, stooping and kneeling; occasionally crouching, crawling and climbing stairs during an 8-hour or 10-hour shift and during extended overtime shifts, as needed
- Using close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception while performing warehouse functions
- Working overtime as determined by business needs during the week and/or weekends
- Following instructions quickly, safely and accurately.
- Working effectively in a team environment
- Effectively communicating and understanding basic written/oral instructions; reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules and operating/maintenance instructions and procedure manuals in English
- Demonstrating flexibility in daily task assignments and performing other general warehouse tasks, as assigned
Qualified candidates will be self-motivated and dependable individuals who are 18+ years of age with the ability to successfully complete training and obtain certification in the assigned area (to include specific equipment certification). Additional requirements include:
- Solid math skills, including the ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide
- 1-2 years of experience as a certified equipment operator is ideal, but also not required
- Knowledge of RF scanners and basic computer skills are preferred
- Exposure to loud noises
- Occasional work in high places
- Exposure to variable temperatures
- Exposure to dusty environment
- May be exposed to strong scents related to cosmetic or fragrance
- May be required to work in narrow aisles or trailers
