We are seeking dedicated and experienced Bar Security Personnel to join our team at Saddlerock Wine & Beer Co. As a Bar Security Personnel, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patrons and staff, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the premises to prevent theft, violence, or any unauthorized activity.
• Enforce crowd control and maintain order during busy periods.
• Conduct regular security checks of the bar area, including entrances, exits, and restricted areas.
• Verify the age and identification of customers to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
• Handle any disruptive or unruly behavior promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with bar staff and management to address any security concerns or issues.
• Respond to emergency situations, administer first aid when necessary, and contact emergency services as required.
• Keep detailed records of incidents, accidents, and security-related activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a security personnel, preferably in a bar or nightlife environment.
• Excellent observation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to alcohol service and security.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
