As a Senior IT Security Analyst, you will be responsible for direct reports and will report to the Vice President of Cybersecurity. Your role will involve monitoring network traffic, evaluating new cybersecurity threats, and collaborating with various teams to ensure our security programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
•Create and analyze security policies and procedures to identify weaknesses in infrastructure security and conduct thorough audits of existing measures.
•Monitor network traffic as an intrusion prevention specialist to detect and respond to possible threats immediately.
•Collaborate with the Information IT Security Compliance Committee to review and drive decisions on organizational risk tolerance.
•Educate the organization on appropriate security risks and mitigation strategies.
•Coordinate the IT component of internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
•Evaluate new cybersecurity threats and IT trends, developing effective security controls.
•Assess potential security breaches, coordinate responses, and recommend corrective actions.
•Maintain current knowledge of community and behavioral health industry trends and developments related to enterprise technology.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology Systems Security, or a related field.
•1+ years in healthcare IT with demonstrated experience complying with HIPAA, HITECH, and other industry frameworks.
•CompTIA Security+ certification.
•Experience in information security control frameworks based on appropriate standards (i.e., NIST).
•Experience in establishing cybersecurity and risk metrics for reporting.
Additional Qualifications:
•Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
Physical Requirements:
•ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
•Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.
•Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
