Wage: $41.58 an hour Annual Salary $86,486.40 Eligible Employer for Public Student Loan Forgiveness as a U.S. federal, state, local or tribal government. Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, plan, organize, coordinate and direct functions of the SECR Security Department which is responsible for the safety of guests and personnel in the establishment. Safeguard company assets and responsible for the daily operations to ensure adequate security. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and coordinate all phases of safety with the Risk Management Team, Tribal Fire Department, and Tribal Police Department. Develop, prepare and administer Security operating and staffing budget; responsible for asset management; to include control of labor costs, equipment, and supplies relevant to the department. Ensure policies and procedures are developed, implemented, updated, and adhered to on a regular basis. Develop and administer ongoing training for the Security Team. Ensure incident reports are filed daily concerning security issues, fire, and any issues involving the casino and resort. Assist or provide direction on projects involving other departments where the final responsibility relates or comes under the discretion of the Security Director. Ensure that investigations are conducted properly, utilizing resources available such as Tribal Fire, Tribal Casino Unit Teams, and Risk Management Department. Coordinate and implement all parking-related issues of the entire resort. Ensure Security cameras are operational and team members trained to operate the system Work closely with Tribal Fire and Facilities to ensure the fire alarm system is fully operational and team members are trained on the system. Provide leadership through performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action when necessary; interview and hire security staff. Promote positive guest and team member relations and adhere to the performance and quality standards of the casino and resort. Attend or organize meetings with staff, departments, Safety Committee, and Tribal Council on issues that may need immediate attention. Ensure established procedures and processes are utilized at all times to ensure maximum understanding and coordination are in place. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in all areas at all times. Adhere to established quality, service delivery, customer service, and customer demand expectations. Remain on call on a 24/7 basis. Adhere to all Tribal, federal, state, and gaming regulations. Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority. Must maintain strict confidentiality and present a positive, professional demeanor and image at all times.
