Key Skills and experience:

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3 years of related experience, preferably in a resort setting
• 2-3 years of Supervisory experience in the security field is required.
• Adaptable to working a variety of shifts, including on weekends as well as holidays.
• TAM, Health Card, Non-Gaming Card.
• CPR/AED Certification. 
• First Aid Certification.
• Driver’s License (non-commercial) – must be state/specific.

Responsibilities Include:

• Plans, examines, analyzes, evaluates, and supervises security operations, including lost and found processing and parking enforcement.
• Prepares reports, and records for the leadership team and evaluates current procedures, practices, and precedents for accomplishing activities and functions relative to security.
• Assists in preparing budget estimates and reports.
• Orders supplies and equipment as needed.
• Supervises security team members, initiating personnel actions, including recruitment, selections, transfers, and promotions.
• Supervises aquatics team members, including recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and all daily operations on the pool deck.
• Prepare work schedules, assign or delegate responsibilities, and evaluate performance.
• Serves as liaison with public law enforcement, fire, and other agencies related to security.
• Ensures overall compliance with OSHA rules and regulations and maintains accurate records.
• Carries out all reasonable requests or special projects by leadership. 
• Assists in implementing, training, and administering automated security systems, maintains records, and conducts periodic inspections.
• Assists with training on loss prevention, fire, blood-borne pathogens, and all other safety topics related to all team members. 
• Other duties as assigned.
