Job Description:
- Conduct hourly patrols around the property
- Advise individuals loitering or hanging out on the premises
- Enforce property parking lot policy, including potentially towing vehicles

- Remove any transient individuals camping on the property

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid CA Guard Card
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
