Phlebotomist Job at Insight Global in Marysville

Knowledge:

• Invasive procedures for blood withdrawal
• Safety hazards and precautions
• Diagnostic electrocardiography testing
• Waived lab test theory, quality control, and basic physiology

Skills:

• Accurate blood draw and lab equipment operation
• Quality control, proficiency testing, and computer skills (EPIC, Lab/Radiology Information System)
• Professional and efficient phone communication
• Calm and effective in emergencies

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Phlebotomy Certificate from an accredited school
• 2+ years of blood draw experience

Certifications:

• Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist (MA-Pbt) certification
• BLS certification (within 30 days of employment)

10:00am- 7:00pm Monday- Friday
