Holistic Integration is looking for a compassionate and skilled Phlebotomist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you’ll work closely with a diverse group of healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care that aligns with our holistic health approach. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and document patient health information, including vital signs and health histories.
- Communicate effectively with providers and patients to ensure continuity of care and understanding of treatment plans.
- Perform diagnostic procedures, such as blood draws, heart monitor setup, and hair sample collection. Provide thorough explanations for take-home tests.
- Assist in administering therapies, ensuring patient comfort and clear communication throughout each session.
- Place and manage IVs for patients, with training provided if not yet certified.
Qualifications:
- Phlebotomy certification with experience in a clinical or holistic health setting.
- Willingness to obtain IV certification if not already certified.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with patients and their families.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for holistic health and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
