Job Description
Are you a customer service professional looking to begin and grow your career with a prestigious, well-established company? How about an entry level, temporary to hire opportunity working through Adecco at our client, MSA Bacharach, in New Kensington, PA? This is a 40 hour/week role which requires commuting to the client site. The Customer Service Associate position involves performing order entry transactions, inbound and outbound calling, building product knowledge base, and supporting MSA satellite offices.
Job Duties for the Customer Service Associate include, but are not limited to:
Fulfilling various order entry transactions following departmental processes.
Answering inbound and initiating outbound customer calls.
Supporting MSA satellite offices.
Building knowledge of all major product groups to properly support customer contacts.
Using SAP, phone, and email.
Qualifications for the Customer Service Associate:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in active listening to fully understand customers’ needs
Excellent computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel
Familiarity with SAP database system
Expertise in handling multiple tasks in a high volume, fast paced work setting
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Pay Rate = 19.23/hour
Rotating Schedule = Monday through Friday; 8:00AM-4:30PM and 8:30AM-5:00PM

Pay Details: 19.23 per hour
