Medical company has an temp opening for a Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, IN.  Daily member telephone calls, directing them to proper services, educating members, problem solving and creating linkages to Medical Management.  Assist members with: finding providers, arrange transportation, answer billing/claims questions, pharmacy issues and community support.  One year experience.  Bilingual Spanish required. One or more years call center experience.  Must reside in Indiana.  Remote/Onsite training. Pay $17-$18.
