FORT WORTH, TX (MUST WORK ON SITE)
MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-5PM
$23/HR
- Qualifications:
- 2 years of order processing experience/customer service experience
- Experience using order management software/ERP software (SAP or Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficient
Responsibilities:
Manage requests for quotations (RFQ) by analyzing requirements and verifying the availability of stock, the existence of potential purchasing contracts and previous requests sent to suppliers for the purchase of a specific item.
- Prepare the offer to the customer based upon the best supply source, which is determined by the Procurement department on the basis of certifications, price per unit and lead time.
- Perform RFQ’s follow up activities that are necessary to ensure and maintain relations with customers, such as dealing with emails, making calls, videoconferences, and visits.
- Build a sustainable relationship with the customer, providing all the necessary information about both the product and the orders/contracts, explaining complex technical information to customers.
- Proactively handle customers’ complaints and ensure resolution by communicating with the Manager and other departments’ staff (Quality& Compliance, Finance, Operations, etc.)
- Monitor and manage, on a daily basis, the assigned targets/KPIs (Sales, Margin, Bookings, OTIF %, Order Book, etc.) through the BI to ol (i.e. Qlik) and put corrective actions in place if required to make sure the profitability of the BU is achieved.
- To undertake, as directed, any other duties as may be commensurate with the overall efficient running of the Company.
