Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service

  • Required to have previous Healthcare experience

Main location: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ 85008 (Training will be two weeks in Mesa, AZ 85204)

Contract timeline: 3 – 6 months contracted (potential to convert based on need)

Schedule: 8AM – 5PM

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting incoming patients, checking patients in and out for appointments.

  • Scheduling services; appointments, transportation.

  • Completing insurance verifications and authorizations.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in the coordination of services and appointments.

  • Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and services.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish is required

  • Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative in a medical front office environment.

  • Experience in working with SMI populations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software related to customer service.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.



Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
