LHH is partnered with a major client in Mentor that is in need of an Customer Service Representative. Past experience doing order intake in a manufacturing setting is required.

This position consist of order entry, checking inventory, following up on invoices, relationship building skills and more. This position does have light travel for two to three days, and this occurs five to six times per year. Responsibilities:
  • Receiving orders from customers
  • Data entry with an ERP system
  • Answering customer questions and concerns
  • Demonstrate product knowledge
  • Light travel 5 to 6 times per year to various states
Qualifications:
  • Ability to conduct a large number of inbound calls
  • Past customer service experience in manufacturing required
  • Data entry skills
Skills:
  • Great interpersonal skills while fielding phone calls from customers
  • A strong proficiency with computers, in particular with the Microsoft Office Products
  • Focus on quality
Experience:
  • Two years of experience performing Customer Service in a manufacturing setting is required
Employment Type:
  • Direct hire
Compensation:
  • $45,000 to $50,000 per year
Work Hours:
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
