Position: Customer Service Specialist 

Location: Atlanta, GA

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $780 - $1,125 per week

Job Description: As a Customer Service Specialist at Pattern Promotions, you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, contributing to overall client retention and satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating as needed.
• Manage order processing, shipping coordination, and returns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in databases.
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer experiences.
• Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
