About the Role:
At Style Netbox, we’re looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to be the face of our brand for our clients and customers in Santa Ana, CA. As the first point of contact, you’ll provide exceptional service, address inquiries, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide detailed information about our services and offerings.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support the sales and marketing teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
