Job Description
AKSA Power Generation USA, LLC, in Miami, FL, is currently sourcing for a Customer Service Chief to add to it's existing team. The main responsibilities for this position is to ensure the accounting and finance processes are carried out in accordance with legal regulations, to report the execution process and to follow the changes in the legislation. 

Responsibilities to include:
-Provide communication between management units and customers.
-Prepare and follow up on contracts with customers. 
-Assist in the development of sales and marketing initiatives. 
-Evaluate customer profiles to present new product offerings. 
-Manage database to improve customer profile.
-Create customer reports and present them to management. 
-Ensure customer requests are followed up and resolved by sharing updates with relevant departments. 
-Work with other departments to produce permanent solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 
-Create and implement strategies for special follow up, resolution and communication with customers of critical customer and social medial complaints. 
-Support customers by phone and email in a professional manner. 
-Work in coordination with field service teams and provide feedback to customers, in order to complete the quality of service and time desired by the customer. 
-Develop customer relations in line with company vision by creating reports that support sales and marketing activities regarding current and potential customers.

- Willing to share information, knowledge, and resources.
-Have the sense both for service and confidentiality.
-Good communication and coordination skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.

Experience & Education: 
-2-5 years of relevant customer service sales experience.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. May be substituted with relevant experience as deemed acceptable by Aksa Management.
-Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. 
-Experience in working with QuickBooks.
