We are looking for someone energetic who can come in here and learn to answer phones the Mr Rooter way. Someone who is looking for stability here in Colton. We are a small business that is rapidly growing. So there will be room for growth.
Description: The CSR is a key role in our team with the ability to multitask, work as a team player, problem solve, pay attention to detail and offer solutions based on our customer's needs. This position is responsible for taking customer calls, scheduling service and dispatching technicians.

You must be organized and dependable, with the ability to take direction and instruction to complete specific tasks as well as having the ability to work on your own. We're looking for friendly people who enjoy solving problems and making people smile!
-Experienced with 2 years customer service/dispatcher
- Dispatchers strategically coordinates which technicians go out to which job sites
- Maintaining responsibility for dispatching all of the company's technicians in a manner that maximizes efficiency and ensures customer satisfaction
- Answering in-bound calls from customers and assessing their needs
- Scheduling and dispatching technicians to customer's homes or businesses
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers at all times
- Following-up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Performing office clerical work, such as filing and organizing
- Working as a team player and contributing to the team accordingly
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for customer service
- Must be efficient with strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks
- Must have strong skills in organization and planning; demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and problem solving

Required Qualifications:
- Customer Service/Call Center experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of the plumbing industry preferred but not required
- Must have basic computer/technology skills (multi-line phones, MS Office, ipad)
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
- Ability to complete other duties as needed
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Flexible schedule is a must. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and possibly holidays
- Customer focused
- Works well independently and with others
-Service Titan program 1 year of experience
