  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company's database
  • Adapt to changing customer needs and company priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to a positive work atmosphere by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a professional setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic computer navigation and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including days and evenings
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be at least {AGE} old and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Willingness to wear a company uniform
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and procedures
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
