Culligan Ultrapure is a Culligan Water franchise that started in 1962 and has 21 locations spread across Minnesota, Indiana, Arizona, Missouri, and Texas. The company services residential, commercial, and industrial customers with water purification and softening systems.

Position Description:

Handle daily customer service operations with; assist customers, take incoming customer calls, scheduling service calls, scheduling route deliveries of bottled water and salt, maintaining / entering data into NetSuite software, basic collections, bookkeeping, etc.

Job Qualifications:

• Two-year Associate degree preferred with hands-on customer service experience.
• Route scheduling experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of general service installation duties.
• General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing account receivable delinquency.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process.
• Position requires a great deal of energy and a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
