Lee’s Air Conditioning, Co., is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office. 


The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound communications - Answer phone calls/general email inquiries/text messages.
  • Data entry – Collect and enter customer information
  • Arranging appointments – Scheduling customers appointment.
  • Updating Call Logs – Track and update call logs in software programs.
  • Organize internal resources - Maintain processes to keep files easily accessible.
  • Liaise with visitors - Act as point person for office guests.
  • Maintain clear and concise communications - with department managers, employees, and company customers. 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience handling office responsibilities and experience in customer service
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Positive, high-energy attitude
  • High attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks and follow through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, excel and word)
