Summary

Perform activities in the accounting, accounts receivable and human resources

Duties

  • Maintain and update new hire paperwork
  • Manage health and general insurance coverage
  • Keep company in compliance with insurance reporting/requirements
  • COBRA administration
  • OSHA administration – including recording accidents and OSHA reporting
  • Managing A/R – including mailing invoices/statements, notice of furnishings and liens, and sending open order and aging reports to staff
  • Making timely deposits – credit card and checks/cash
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Running end of the month inventory and management reports
  • Calculating payroll to be processed by another department
  • Processing 1099’s at the beginning of the year
  • Misc. supply ordering
  • This is a primary list, but non-inclusive


Requirements

  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Adobe Acrobat
