We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant with a strong accounting background to support our financial team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth financial operations and requires a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in accounting software and related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the finance department, including document management and data entry.
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with auditing tasks to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Accounting Software Proficiency: Expertise in accounting software systems is a must.
- ADP - Financial Services Experience: Direct experience with ADP is required.
- ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems is essential for effective financial planning and resource management.
- Concur Software Proficiency: Proficient use of Concur for managing expenses and accounts is required.
- CaseWare Familiarity: Experience with CaseWare software is a plus.
- Accounting Functions: Strong understanding of core accounting functions, including AP and AR processes.
- Auditing and Reconciliation Skills: Experience in auditing and bank reconciliations is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative and accounting-focused role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
