• Salary: $130-150K +
• Bonus: Discretionary bonus based on billed hours and client growth

Who They're Looking For:

1. Experience in Small to Mid-Sized Accounting Firms – 8+ years of experience; strong background in both corporate and individual tax.
2. CPA Certification with Signing Authority – College degree required.
3. Billable Hours Expertise – You know how to manage billable hours effectively and take pride in efficiency.
4. Client-Focused and Sales-Minded – You excel in client management and have a knack for business development.

Responsibilities:

• Client Portfolio Management: Lead and oversee a diverse client base, providing exceptional accounting and tax services.
• Tax Services: Handle both corporate and individual tax accounts with expertise.
• New Business Development: Be proactive in identifying and developing new client relationships to support firm growth.
