• Review and prepare complex individual and business income tax returns.
• Conduct technical reviews of tax documents.
• Research tax issues and provide advisory solutions.
• Supervise, train, and motivate junior staff.
• Provide constructive feedback on staff work.
• Manage multiple client engagements and serve as the primary point of contact.

• Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience.
• Proficiency in preparing/reviewing individual and business tax returns.
• Ability to identify tax issues and offer solutions.
• Experience working in a paperless environment.
• Strong communication skills with a willingness to manage and review staff work.

• Experience supervising/managing staff is a plus.
