Accounting Manager/Supervisor Job at Robert Half in Santa Barbara

We are working on an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager in Santa Barbara, California. This is for a start-up Tech company.

• Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including general ledger management, account reconciliation, journal entries, cash flow, month end close and financial statements.

• Streamline and automate financial business processes using NetSuite

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and statements following US GAAP standards

• Detail oriented, organized and works well in fast paced environment

• 5+ years of progressive accounting/audit experience

• Public audit experience required

• Proficiency in using NetSuite software and Advanced Excel

• Start-up Technology industry experience required

• BA in Accounting or related field

• CPA preferred
