Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Temporary Accounting Specialist to join our client’s team in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a 100% onsite position offering a competitive pay range of $18-21 per hour.Key Responsibilities

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.
- Provide support during audits and tax preparations.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the management team.
- Proven experience as an accounting specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered.

- Pay Rate: $18-21 per hour
- Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
