Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations, support strategic planning, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with leadership and play a key role in shaping financial processes at a scaling company.
Position Overview
The Accounting Manager will own and optimize Revivn's accounting processes, from managing AP/AR to delivering accurate financial reports and ensuring audit readiness. Reporting to Alencar Costa, our Head of Finance, this role will ensure the financial foundation needed for sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced accounting professional with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
What You'll Do
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Provide insights and forecasts to support decision-making for leadership
- Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within financial operations
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the team
- Accounts Payable/Receivable Management
- Oversee AP/AR processes, ensuring efficient cash flow management
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and payment workflows
- Compliance
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements
- Client & Internal Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to accounts receivable/payable, billing discrepancies, and other finance-related matters

About You
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience in manufacturing, technology, or related industries preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)'
- Knowledge of financial reporting tools and automation platforms is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills

The base range for an Accounting Manager is expected to be between $110,000 and $130,000/year. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.
