FORTS Logistics is hiring: Accounting Finance Manager in Coconut Creek

An experienced full-time Accounting Finance Manager to run and oversee all aspects of the FORTS Logistics administrative/accounting operation.

Candidate should be highly proficient with QuickBooks on-line software, as well as other software to perform the following functions:

· Full Cycle Bookkeeping including all aspects of A/P, A/R, and Payroll

· Accounts Payable will encompass the processing of all accounts payable transactions including bills, credit card charges, invoicing clients, ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper expense classification

· Accounts Receivable will encompass the accurate posting and classification of the daily receivable transactions and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all receivables

· Process payroll using ADP for data entry, wage garnishments/loan repayments, and new-hire onboarding

· Utilize Connecteam software to track staff hours, PTO/STO balances, and oversee expense reimbursements

· Tracking of project key performance indicators (budget vs actual reporting, variance analysis, and profit margins)

· Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts monthly

· General ledger and chart of accounts maintenance

· Provide monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports to leadership

· Oversee quarterly tax payments to leadership

· Insurance coverage audits

· Coordinate with external CPA regarding year end closing

· Provide ad-hoc reporting as necessary

· Perform other duties as necessary
