What You Will Be Doing
The position reviews, audits, and reconciles financial transactions for the accounts payable, travel, or PCard team.
Our Organization, Mission, and Culture
Shared Services of Alaska (SSOA) provides enterprise-wide management of financial transactions and back-office support for common administrative functions. SSoA is comprised of four programs: (1) Accounts Payable, (2) Travel and Expense Reimbursement, (3) Aged Accounts Receivables and Debt Recovery, and (4) Central Mail and Print Services. SSoA's overarching goal is to standardize and streamline business processes, reduce costs, increase efficiencies, and drive higher quality service. The incumbent's work contributes to the division's success through their assistance with key tasks related to the Accounts Payable and Travel programmatic components.

Who We Are Looking For
We are interested in candidates who possess some or all of the following position specific competencies:
One year of clerical work experience maintaining records that included using computer systems and performing basic arithmetic calculations.
Substitutions:
Successful completion of a formal vocational education program in accounting or bookkeeping will substitute for the required experience.
Post secondary education from an accredited college will substitute for the required experience (3 semester/4 quarter hours equal one month).
