Position Summary: The Accounting and Operations Administrator is responsible for the overall financial management, reporting, and day-to-day business operations of the organization including managing the accounting, bookkeeping, human resources, lead management, and office administrative support to our team. The Accounting and Operations Administrator will be proactive, an exceptional communicator with great customer service skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with new challenges, and have the ability to work independently and within a team. A high level of confidentiality and attention to detail is required across all tasks.


Compensation & Benefits: $24.00-$29.00 Full-time, Hourly, Nonexempt

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or work experience in accounting required.

Experience: Two - five (2-5) years of previous experience working in similar roles. Knowledge of relevant accounting software and Proficiency in QuickBooks Online required. Mastery of AP/AR functions and activities. Knowledge of GAAP. Previous experience in tracking and supporting sales/use tax compliance is a plus.

Other Requirements: Demonstrates a high level of follow through, is detail oriented, thorough, inquisitive, confident, organized, and results driven. Technologically savvy with advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite, QuickBooks, MS Office, and cloud based systems. Primary Work Location: Hybrid/Remote with onsite attendance in Concetti office and work sites as needed.
