Growing logistics services firm in NW Chicago Suburbs is seeking an Accounting Associate to join our thriving business. The candidate we seek will review, reconcile and process vendor invoices and work with our customers to resolve and collect past due invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Review, reconcile and process vendor invoices
- Approve vendor payments
- Process customer invoices
- Resolve and collect past due customer invoices
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
- Logistics industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience in data entry
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
