Tandem, LLP is hiring: Tax Manager Public Accounting Firm in Remote

Manage the tax compliance and planning issues for individuals, corporations, partnerships and trusts.  This includes managing workflow, reviewing returns and fixing returns.   Can be corporate only, if that is more appealing than a mix.  We use AxcessTax for tax preparation and Workstream as a due date list. The position is fully remote.  Must have an expertise in the incorporation of research and experimentation credits into corporate returns and equity compensation.

Work when you want but get the work done.  You will tell me how many hours you want and then I will put that much work into your hands.   This position requires someone with enough experience to ensure that the returns are accurate and ready to go out the door by the time they get to me.

This is a great position for someone who loves tax but doesn't want to deal with all of the other stuff that usually comes with working at a public accounting firm.
