Jobleads-US is hiring: Accounting Manager - CPA/Real Estate! in Los Angeles

Growing real estate firm located near Beverly Hills is looking for an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements, inter-company and account reconciliations, as well as financial reporting documents. Additional duties for the Accounting Manager include performing due diligence for M&A activity, analyzing fiscal budgets, collaborating with corporate business partners and internal staff, working closely with internal and external audit teams, and conducting revenue recognition duties.

Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• CPA and commercial real estate experience is also required.
• Five years of finance and accounting experience with strong technical accounting and finance knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills are also required.
• Advanced systems skills.

Salary: $135 - 147k + bonus.
