Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant with 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the logistics industry. The successful candidate will support various functions within the accounting department, handling multiple tasks efficiently to maintain smooth financial operations. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provided day-to-day support to the accounting team in various functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.
  • Prepare financial statements, monthly reports, and reconciliations as needed.
  • Process invoices and payments and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve billing, payment, and accounting discrepancies.
  • Assist with document preparation for audits and compliance reporting.
  • Track expenses, assist with budgeting, and provide forecasting support as required.
  • Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
  • Support the logistics team in accounting-related processes to optimize operations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1–3 years of accounting experience; experience in logistics or a similar industry is a plus.
  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
    • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Language: Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.
  • Other: Team-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
