JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Assistant Accounting Project Manager to support the Head of the PMO - Marketing Division for one our clients in the FinTech industry. In this role, you will assist in prioritizing marketing projects based on strategic goals, resource availability, and deadlines. You will utilize your proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, to analyze project data, track progress, and generate insightful reports. Your general project management duties will include managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Additionally, you will identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies, coordinate and assign tasks to team members, and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with project objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
3+ years of project management or business analyst experience
Intermediate Excel skills: need to be able to creat basic pivot tables
Experience with project management software (Trello, Asana, or Airtable)
Basic understanding of accounting principles
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience using Airtable
