Accounting Analyst

We seek an experienced Accounting Analyst to lead our in-house accounting function. This role is pivotal in improving financial accuracy, efficiency, and reporting. We're transitioning from outsourced accounting and need a self-starter to help build our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Collaborate with investment and engineering teams
• Implement process improvements and financial systems
• Prepare financial statements and reports

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Experience in Oil and Gas Industry upstream
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• CPA and Big 4 experience preferred

Compensation: $110K-$125K + 10% bonus + excellent benefits
