Our client, an established and reputable venture capital firm, is looking to hire their next outstanding Executive Assistant to join their administrative team supporting a Founding Partner on a strategic and administrative level. This Executive Assistant will operate out of their San Francisco office, with core high touch Executive Assistant tasks that manage the professional facets of the Partner’s life including wealth/estate/portfolio management, coordination with the firm’s accounting staff, and the formulation of the Partner’s online presence. ***This is a hybrid role (2 days in-office, 3 remote) located in their San Francisco office.

 

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate various facets of Partner’s professional/personal life, including estate management, portfolio management, asset guidance, and more
  • Manage high-intensity calendar coordination and scheduling needs, establishing a highly efficient day-to-day schedule
  • Arrange air/ground transportation and travel on a domestic and international level
  • Support professional deals from end-to-end, ensuring high levels of organization and communication at all times
  • Remain available for assistance with ad hoc projects
  • Create tailored content for Partner’s published/public online accounts as well as any press releases or speaking engagements
  • Coordinate accounting needs with internal/external teams such as audits and tax filings, among others
  • Conduct communications with the upmost professionalism, interfacing with lawyers, internal teams, high-level contacts, etc.
  • Ensure maximized productivity for the Partner while coordinating a heavy workflow
  • Maintain excellent organization, keeping track of detailed elements of projects with ease and able to pivot quickly

 

Requirements

  • Experience providing support on a Partner/Managing Partner level within finance or venture capital is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Executive Assistant role with strategic partnership supporting CEO/Founder level Executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comprehensive skills in Notion and Asana for project tracking, tech savvy and able to pick up new methods with ease
  • Eager to engage and very responsive, looking to serve as a strategic partner with a wonderful principal
  • Experience and confidence in creating online materials with excellent tone, format, and grammar

 

Salary Range

$150,000 - $175,000
