Are you extremely well-organized, business savvy, and a strong communicator? If so, this position is calling your name!

We are looking for an Executive Assistant with 1+ years of experience supporting upper-level management to work as our client's right hand.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist President with investments and real estate portfolios
  • Manage personal finances
  • Schedule appointments
  • Attend C-level meetings, take notes, and help prioritize action items
  • Create reports and other documents as requested
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting upper-level management
  • Proficiency with office equipment
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time-management, organization, and communication skills
  • Business-minded
  • Accounting/finance experience (plus)
  • Investment and/or real estate experience (plus)
