Position Overview This role will primarily support the Executive Team and their team members. The ideal person for the job will be team-oriented, organized, proactive, with exceptional communication and written skills. This is a hybrid role with flexible in-office hours; at least 3x a week in the office and flexibility to come in for additional days as needed. Objectives of this Role: With a primary responsibility of supporting the COO and CFO, also provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently. Maintain and refine internal processes that support the highest-ranking executives company-wide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow. Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks. Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld. What You'll Do Calendar management and organization Take notes on calls/meetings and keep track of follow-ups/action items for COO/CFO Project manage the COO/CFO’s task list Manage and coordinate travel Prepare and submit expenses and reimbursements Manage relationships with third party service providers/vendors Coordinate and manage candidate interviews Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and external Provide support for other members of the executive team and their team members Assist in ad hoc projects and light personal assistant support, as needed Will report to the Executive Assistant to CEO Will provide back-up coverage/support to the Executive Assistant to CEO What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required At least 2-4 years Executive Assistant experience supporting a team High level of professionalism, and discretion with confidential information Articulate, with strong written and verbal communication skills Strong time-management skills, and detail-oriented, with the ability to organize/prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines Proficient in G-Suite, MS Office, Zoom, and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems Flexible team player, adaptable, and enjoys a challenge Driven, strong interest in self-development, and high integrity At least two professional references required Compensation Range: $100K/$48.08hr - $110K/$52.88hr In addition to your base compensation, Ceribell offers the following: Annual Bonus Opportunity + Ceribell Equity 100% Employer paid Health Benefits for the Employee Life & Long-term disability insurance paid 100% by Ceribell Monthly cell phone stipend Flexible paid time off 11 Paid Holidays Excellent parental leave policy Fantastic culture with tremendous career advancement opportunities Joining a mission-minded organization!
