Position Title: Executive Assistant to C-suite


Location: Uptown, Dallas


About the Role:

Our client, a well-established architectural and interior design firm, is seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to support both two C-suite executives in a highly visible, client facing role. This role serves as the face of the company, directly engaging with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the C-suite.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to two C-suite executives, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle event planning with precision.
  • Implement strategic ideas and drive initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal communications, representing the C-suite with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactively anticipate and address executive needs, fostering an organized and seamless workflow.


Qualifications:

  • Tenure: Proven commitment and loyalty in prior roles. This organization has excellent employee tenure and values a strong sense of dedication.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years supporting senior C-suite executives.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, coordination, calendaring, and event planning abilities.
  • Proactive Mindset: Ability to take initiative and stay ahead of executive needs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office (PC environment); Adobe experience is a plus.


Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $90K - $110K (DOE)
