Job Title: Executive Assistant to the President
Address: Houston, TX 77041
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
Type: Direct hire

Hours: 9:00am to 4:30pm. Full time in office
Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
Calendar management
- Domestic travel coordination; flights, hotels, and other accommodations to industry conventions and trade shows including with assisting with tradeshow/event coordination
- Preparing, drafting, and logging meeting materials, agendas, and minutes
- Coordinate meetings; staff meetings, vendor meetings, and client meetings (on-site and off-site)
- Managing of business email inbox; responding to emails, highlighting action items, and prioritizing
- Drafting, redlining, and formatting company documents; contract and company records management
- Event coordination; company parties, fundraisers and charities that the company is involved with
- Ad hoc projects and other special projects related to marketing efforts
- Ordering lunch/catering for internal meetings and staff events
- Ordering office supplies and kitchen supplies; stocking areas as needed
- Expense reporting, credit card reconciliation, tracking receipts
- Performing market and pricing research
- Drafting and sending out company memos
- Assisting with personal support; personal errands and some personal scheduling
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
